Shaksham is an advocate enrolled with the Nepal Bar Council. He is currently completing an LL.M. in International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights at the Geneva Academy, alongside an LL.M. in Criminal Law and Corporate Law at Nepal Law Campus.सक्षम नेपाल बार काउन्सिलमा दर्ता भएका अधिवक्ता हुन्। उनी हाल जेनेभा एकेडेमीमा अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय मानवीय कानुन तथा मानव अधिकारमा एल.एल.एम. र नेपाल ल क्याम्पसमा फौजदारी तथा कर्पोरेट कानुनमा एल.एल.एम. अध्ययनरत छन्।

His work spans corporate and criminal litigation, compliance, and trade and investment disputes. Alongside practice, he has held academic and research engagements with FIAN International in Geneva, Nepal's National Policy Forum, the Legal Advisors Forum, and the Permanent Bureau of the Hague Conference on Private International Law (HCCH).उनको कार्यक्षेत्रमा कर्पोरेट तथा फौजदारी मुद्दा, अनुपालन, र व्यापार तथा लगानी विवाद पर्छन्। अभ्याससँगै उनले जेनेभास्थित FIAN International, नेपालको National Policy Forum, Legal Advisors Forum र HCCH को स्थायी ब्युरोसँग शैक्षिक तथा अनुसन्धान संलग्नता राखेका छन्।

He has published on health insurance policy, the legal aspects of generative AI in education, and gender justice, and undertakes pro bono work for underprivileged and conflict-affected clients.उनले स्वास्थ्य बीमा नीति, शिक्षामा जेनेरेटिभ एआईका कानुनी पक्ष, र लैंगिक न्यायमा प्रकाशन गरेका छन्, र विपन्न तथा द्वन्द्वपीडित पक्षका लागि नि:शुल्क कानुनी काम गर्छन्।
